  • We understand how daunting it can be to step outside your comfort zone and try something new! Our courses are fantastic for those who have never done a triathlon before and want to give it a go. Our training sessions start in approx October of each year and will be scaled to all fitness and skill levels. For more info please email eyretriathlonclub@gmail.com

  • Absolutely not, our sessions and events allow for all fitness levels. We allow for people to compete in teams and in multiple distance events.

  • That is perfectly fine. Our events will allow for you to compete and participate as a team. We can also offer help with the other disciplines you are not strong in.

  • There are many distances in Triathlon! Options usually include:

    • Trystars: 100m swim, 3km cycle, 500m run

    • Juniors: 200m swim, 6km cycle, 1km run

    • Novice: 250m swim, 10km cycle, 2km run

    • Sprint: 750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run

    • Olympic: 1.5km swim, 40km cycle, 10km run

    • Long Course/70.3 (18+): 1.9km swim, 90km cycle, 21km run

    • Iron Distance (18+): 3.8km swim, 180km cycle, 42km run

  • Each session will have someone experienced guiding you through each step of the way.

  • That depends on your current level of experience and your fitness goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach!

  • No, however we can put you in touch with some of the best trainers in Australia who do! Simply reach out and we will give you their details.

  • Head to the Training Page and find your chosen session, then just come along on the day. There is no pre-booking required.
