Swim Training
Coach-guided swim session on Wednesdays at 6pm at the Port Lincoln Leisure Centre. Focused on general swimming fitness and technique for triathlon.

Triathlon Training
Meet us at Laguna Reserve (or Port Lincoln Foreshore) on Saturday or Sunday morning to work on your general triathlon fitness and technique. These sessions will include run and ride sessions. See below training schedule and our Facebook for weekly updates.
